A – The first step is to complete the job application form on this website or apply for jobs advertised on seek.com.au
Q – What happens next after I apply to an advertisement?
A – Your application will be reviewed against our client’s selection criteria and suitable candidates will be contacted to discuss the role.
Q – I keep applying for jobs but don’t get a call to follow up on my application, even when I know that I meet all of the selection criteria. Why?
A – Agencies often get over 300 applications for a single advertisement and it is very time consuming to review and reply to every single application. If we were to contact every person, we would not have time to source more job vacancies. We will usually stop calling as soon as the role has been filled, so some applicants will miss out, even if you have the right skills.
Q – If another similar role becomes available, is it possible that I will get a call at a later date?
A – Yes, if another similar role becomes available, we will review the previous applications and contact anyone who may be suitable to see if you are still available. We will also re-advertise so feel free to re-apply if you are still looking for a new job.
